The ranking is conducted through surveys distributed to companies from January to March 2024. Furthermore, the ranking results are based on assessments by the board of jury on several matrices reflected in three ranking entities: companies, holding companies, and company leaders (individuals).

Companies or respondents provide self-assessment documents accompanied by relevant supporting data regarding three aspects: the strategy of legal compliance implementation, organizational management performance by company leaders, and compliance control efforts within subsidiary companies. Specifically for the company category, the ranking is classified based on company characteristics that describe the industry sector and business complexity.
