These discussions provided broader insights and perspectives in determining the names and parameters used.

The selection parameters include professional track record, roles in legal organizations, significant and positive contributions in various fields, and impact on policy development, technology (particularly legaltech), and legal practices in Indonesia. All lawyers featured in this publication are active legal professionals, holding Partner positions at law firms in Indonesia, and are also Hukumonline partners.

While most lawyers have 25+ years of experience, some with less were included for their notable contributions to Indonesia’s legal industry, as recognized by our editorial team. Additionally, other considerations include contributions to legal education and research.

The compilation process began with internal discussions at Hukumonline and desktop research to gather information on the professional track records of lawyers and any national or international awards they had received. This process also involved discussions with prominent senior lawyers who possessed extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the legal industry.
